Michael Pollack earned his BS at Cornell University and his Doctor of Medicine Degree from New York University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Medical Honor Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After completing an internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York, Dr. Pollack completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York University Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Pollack received the Research and Education Fund Grant Award presented by The Radiologic Society of North America.

Following his formal training at New York University Medical Center, Dr. Pollack completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at New York University Medical Center/Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City. He then joined the staff of both Mountainside Hospital and Montclair Radiology. Upon leaving Mountainside, he joined the staff of Chilton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Pollack is especially interested in musculoskeletal radiology and the development of protocols to lower radiation exposure resulting from medical imaging. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology, as well as an active member of The American College of Radiology and The Radiological Society of North America.

Anuj Tolia earned his BS at The Wharton School of Business and his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University School of Medicine where he was elected to the Medical Honor Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Ross Mondshine graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Biology. He earned his Masters degree in Physiology from Finch University of Health Sciences and subsequently attended The Chicago Medical School, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree.

He completed an internship in the Department of Surgery at Flushing Hospital Medical Center and completed his Radiology residency at New York University Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Mondshine completed a fellowship in Interventional and Vascular Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as the Cope-Cook Fellow.

Dr. Mondshine is a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. He is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology.

Patrick Hines earned his BA from the State University at Stony Brook and his Doctor of Medicine Degree at New York Medical College. He interned at the New York Infirmary Beekman Downtown Hospital in New York and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he was Chief Resident.

Once his formal training was complete, Dr. Hines went on to complete a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

Following the completion of his fellowship, he joined Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging Center of Fair Lawn, NJ, and was an Attending Radiologist at both Barnert Hospital and Outpatient Imaging Center and Chilton Memorial Hospital. He subsequently joined the staff of Montclair Radiology.

He is board-certified through both The American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Daniel S. Levy, M.D.

Daniel Levy earned his undergraduate degree, graduating Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He went on to receive his Medical Degree from the New York Medical College. Dr. Levy interned in Surgery at Washington Hospital Center in Washington D.C. and did his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.

He then went on to complete a fellowship in Neuroradiology at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in New York. Dr. Levy began his career at Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging Center where he practiced until joining Montclair Radiology. His hospital affiliations have included the Biscayne Medical Center, Barnet Hospital, and most recently Chilton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Levy is board-certified through both The American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. In addition, he is an active member of The American College of Radiology, the Radiology Society of New Jersey, and the Radiology Society of North America.

Lisa Bash earned her BA in Psychology from Emory University, where she was Vice President of Psi Chi, the National Psychology Honor Society, and was also elected to Alpha Epsilon Delta, the Premedical Honor Society.

Dr. Bash earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Temple University School of Medicine. She interned at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA and completed her Radiology residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York.

Dr. Bash then went on to complete a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at New York University Medical Center.

She has significant experience with ultrasound-guided, stereotactic, and MRI-guided core biopsy. Prior to joining Montclair Radiology and Chilton Memorial Hospital, she was on the staff of Summit Radiological Associates. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.

Nicole Lacz earned her BS in Biochemistry from Boston College where she graduated Summa cum laude, ‘with highest honors”.

Dr. Lacz earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from New Jersey Medical School and was awarded the Highest Ranking Female Graduate of her 2004 class.

She interned at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and completed her Residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Dr. Lacz then went on to complete her fellowship in Breast Imaging at St. Barnabas Ambulatory Care Center in Livingtson, NJ.

Dr. Lacz is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and is notably skilled in Breast MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound and Breast Interventions. She previously held positions at Summit Medical Group and Overlook Breast Center prior to joining Montclair Radiology and Chilton Memorial Hospital.

Mala Shah earned a BA Degree from Muhlenberg College and studied Fine Arts at the Umbra Institute in Italy. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Drexel University College of Medicine.

She started at Hahnemann University Hospital for her internship, then moved on to Lenox Hill Hospital for residency in Diagnostic Radiology.

After completing a fellowship in Breast Imaging at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, Dr. Shah joined Montclair Radiology’s Breast Imaging team.

Dr. Shah is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. She is also an active member of the Society of Breast Imaging, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.

Konstantin Krepkin earned his BA at Harvard University and his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Yale University School of Medicine. After finishing an internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer in New York, Dr. Krepkin completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at New York University Medical Center.

After his residency training at New York University Medical Center, Dr. Krepkin completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at New York University Medical Center/Hospital for Joint Diseases.

Following his fellowship, Dr. Krepkin joined Montclair Radiology and the staff of Chilton Memorial Hospital. Dr. Krepkin’s expertise includes musculoskeletal ultrasound and musculoskeletal procedures.

Kenneth Montini earned his BS at Arizona State University and his Doctor of Medicine from Penn State College of Medicine. After finishing an internship at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut, Dr. Montini completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

After his residency training at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Dr. Montini completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.

Following his fellowship, Dr. Montini served as an attending staff radiologist at Capital Health Medical Center in Pennington, NJ. He went on to join Montclair Radiology and the staff of Chilton Memorial Hospital. Dr. Montini’s expertise include musculoskeletal and breast imaging, musculoskeletal procedures, and breast ultrasound guided and stereotactic biopsies.

Dr. Montini is an active member of the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Radiological Society of North America. Dr. Montini is a Diplomat of the American Board or Radiology.

Evan Johnson, M.D.

Evan Johnson earned his BA Degree from Florida State University and went on to earn his Medical Degree from there as well. He completed an internship in General Surgery at the University of Connecticut.

Dr. Johnson completed his residency training at New York  University where he stayed for a fellowship in Advanced Abdominal  Imaging.  He served as a staff Emergency Radiologist during his time as a fellow at NYU. He then went to the University of Michigan where he completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.  He previously served as Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. 

He has a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic pathology including portal hypertension and hepatic malignancy as well as deep vein thrombosis including catheter thrombectomy/deep venous reconstruction, and inferior vena cava filter placement/removal.

Dr. Johnson is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. He is also a member of The American College of Radiology,  American Roentgen Ray Society, and The Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Abdominal Radiology, and the Society of Interventional Radiology. He has presented at multiple national meetings and has several first-author publications.

Sue Kim earned her BA at Princeton University and her Medical Degree from New York University School of Medicine. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital.

Dr. Kim completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Barnabas Medical Center where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kim also completed a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kim worked as a Clinical Instructor at the Department of Radiology at the Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Additionally, Dr. Kim is an active member of The American College of Radiology, The Society of Breast Imaging, the Radiological Society of New Jersey and a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology.

Jeffrey Plutchok, M.D.

Jeffrey Plutchok earned his BS from University of Maryland and his Medical Degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and subsequently a nuclear and PET fellowship also at Columbia. He was one of the first PET trained fellows in the tri-state area; this was at a time when PET imaging was just becoming a clinical tool for oncologists.

Dr. Plutchok’s career includes developing and directed the nuclear and PET imaging departments at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center, St Clare’s Denville and Dover Hospitals, and now at Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains.  Dr. Plutchok also was the lead radiologist at Premier PET of New Jersey; this center was the first outpatient PET center in New Jersey.

His imaging interests and specialization includes endocrine imaging of the thyroid and parathyroid glands, radioactive iodine imaging and treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism and thyroid cancer, nuclear PET prostate imaging and nuclear brain imaging for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. 

Dr. Plutchok was boarded by the America Board of Radiology in June of 1996 and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America.  He has done research at the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease and has been invited as guest speakers for multiple large pharmaceutical companies in the past. 

 
Christine M. Menendez, M.D.

Christine Menendez earned her BA from Rutgers College and her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry-New Jersey Medical School. She completed her internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center, where she served as Chief Radiology Resident.

Following a fellowship in Breast and Body Imaging at St. Barnabas Medical Center, she joined the staff as an attending radiologist for Imaging Consultants of Essex at St. Barnabas Medical Center. She later served as an attending radiologist for Morris Imaging Associates at the Rippel Breast Center at Morristown Medical Center. Dr Menendez is currently on staff at Chilton Memorial Hospital.

With 20 years of experience, Dr Menendez specializes in breast imaging ( including 3D tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound and breast MRI), as well as percutaneous breast biopsies. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and active member of the The American Roentgen Ray Society.

Dharmesh Tank earned his BA in Biology and Neuroscience from Washington University in St. Louis and his Medical Degree from Stony Brook School of Medicine in 2014. He then stayed at Stony Brook University Hospital to complete his internship and residency training. In his final year at Stony Brook, he served as the patient safety chief resident.

After residency, Dr. Tank went on to complete a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore MD. In addition to all aspects of general and musculoskeletal imaging, Dr. Tank has advanced training in musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided procedures, MR neurography, musculoskeletal bone, and soft tissue tumor imaging, including sarcoma imaging and peripheral nerve sheath tumor imaging.

Dr. Tank is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and is also a member of the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America. He has published multiple articles investigating MR imaging techniques in musculoskeletal disorders and has also presented his work at multiple RSNA annual meetings.
