WHAT ARE THE PROTOCOLS TO KEEP OUR CENTERS SAFE?
- Each employee’s temperature is checked upon arrival to our office.
- Staff will be wearing gloves, face masks, and gowns.
- Acrylic barriers have been installed on each reception desk.
- Each dressing room and exam room is sanitized after each patient’s exam.
- We adhere to the CDC guidelines for social distancing in open areas accordingly.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT any patient who has a new onset of cough, shortness of breath and/or fever.
- If a patient tested positive for COVID-19, the patient must:
- wait a minimum of 2 weeks to schedule an appointment.
- be symptom-free for 72 hours prior to appointment.
- bring copy of COVID-19 test results
WHAT PATIENTS SHOULD KNOW PRIOR TO COMING TO OUR CENTER
We ask patients to schedule appointments to ensure their wait time is kept to a minimum.
- Screening questions are asked upon scheduling and before an appointment.
- VIRTUAL REGISTRATION:
- After an appointment is scheduled, the patient will receive an email with our registration link
- Forms will be available on our patient portal for electronic signature at https://ris.montrad.net
- VIRTUAL CHECK-IN PROCESS:
- The patient will receive a text message 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
- Upon arriving to the parking lot, the patient will click check-in, answer a few questions on their mobile phone and wait in their vehicle.
- The patient will receive a text message when the exam room is sanitized and the technologist is ready to see them, at this point patient can proceed to enter the building.
- Upon entering, the patient’s temperature will be taken.
- After the examination, the patient is free to leave with no check-out process.
- Patients will be limited to bringing one visitor into clinical areas, only if necessary.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT any patient who has a new onset of cough, shortness of breath and/or fever.
- Anyone who fails the screening will not be imaged and will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
