WHAT ARE THE PROTOCOLS TO KEEP OUR CENTERS SAFE?

  • Each employee’s temperature is checked upon arrival to our office.
  • Staff will be wearing gloves, face masks, and gowns.
  • Acrylic barriers have been installed on each reception desk.
  • Each dressing room and exam room is sanitized after each patient’s exam.
  • We adhere to the CDC guidelines for social distancing in open areas accordingly.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT any patient who has a new onset of cough, shortness of breath and/or fever.
  • If a patient tested positive for COVID-19, the patient must:
    1. wait a minimum of 2 weeks to schedule an appointment.
    2. be symptom-free for 72 hours prior to appointment.
    3. bring copy of COVID-19 test results

WHAT PATIENTS SHOULD KNOW PRIOR TO COMING TO OUR CENTER

We ask patients to schedule appointments to ensure their wait time is kept to a minimum.

  • Screening questions are asked upon scheduling and before an appointment.
  • VIRTUAL REGISTRATION:
    • After an appointment is scheduled, the patient will receive an email with our registration link
    • Forms will be available on our patient portal for electronic signature at https://ris.montrad.net
  • VIRTUAL CHECK-IN PROCESS:
    • The patient will receive a text message 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
    • Upon arriving to the parking lot, the patient will click check-in, answer a few questions on their mobile phone and wait in their vehicle.
    • The patient will receive a text message when the exam room is sanitized and the technologist is ready to see them, at this point patient can proceed to enter the building.
    • Upon entering, the patient’s temperature will be taken.
    • After the examination, the patient is free to leave with no check-out process.
  • Patients will be limited to bringing one visitor into clinical areas, only if necessary.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT any patient who has a new onset of cough, shortness of breath and/or fever.
  • Anyone who fails the screening will not be imaged and will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
